Returns
As all of our resin-printed miniatures are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or unwanted items.
Please ensure you review all product descriptions, dimensions, and images carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Faulty Items
We take great care in packaging every order, but if your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the damaged or faulty item and its packaging
After reviewing your claim, we may offer, at our discretion:
- A replacement item, or
- A full or partial refund where appropriate.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect item due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange to send the correct item at no additional cost or provide an appropriate refund if a replacement is unavailable.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued where:
- An item is confirmed to be faulty or defective.
- We have sent the wrong item.
- We are unable to fulfil your order.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before production has begun. Once printing has started, orders cannot be cancelled as each miniature is produced specifically for your order.
