Product dimensions are approximate.
Some assembly, sanding, cleaning, or painting may be required unless otherwise stated.

These characteristics are considered normal and are not manufacturing defects.

3. Made-to-Order Products

Unless stated otherwise, our products are manufactured specifically for each customer after an order is placed.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for full details.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency shown on our website.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Payment must be received in full before production begins.

5. Order Acceptance

Suspected fraudulent activity

If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.

6. Production and Shipping

Production times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume and demand.

Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Customs processing
Weather events
Industrial action
Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery.

7. Intellectual Property

All product images, branding, logos, descriptions, website content, and designs are the property of Greasy Miniatures unless otherwise stated.

Many of the miniature designs we sell are produced under commercial licences from independent designers. Purchasing a physical miniature does not grant any rights to reproduce, scan, copy, or distribute the underlying digital files or designs.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Greasy Miniatures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the purchase price paid for that order.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where doing so would be unlawful.

9. Product Safety

Our resin miniatures are intended for collectors, hobbyists, and tabletop gaming.

They:

Are not toys.
Are not suitable for children under 14 years of age.
May contain small parts that present a choking hazard.
Should be handled responsibly.

Customers are responsible for using appropriate safety precautions when sanding, drilling, or modifying resin products.
